The petitioner submits that pursuant to Ext.P1 agreement executed with Public Works Department, the petitioner erected signboards in a poramboke land and he used to remit the necessary fees as contemplated under the agreement. The petitioner has approached this Court on an earlier occasion by filing WP(C).No.32954 of 2011. In the above judgment this Court directed to consider the application for renewal. However, the petitioner submits that without considering his request for renewal Ext.8 is passed directing the petitioner to remove the signboards erected in the poramboke. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate decision in the matter regarding renewal within a period of six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner. Till a decision is taken in the matter, WP(C).No.32514/2014-L.
2 all proceedings pursuant to Ext.P8 shall be kept in abeyance.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
