JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi accepts notice for the 4th respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The prayer sought for in the writ petition is innocuous in nature, as the petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 15.01.2017 and 28.01.2017 and to pass orders thereon.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents in this regard.
4.In view of the said prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits or the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to give a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.01.2017 and 28.01.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders thereon, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
