JUDGMENT [ Aggrieved by the impugned order dated 27.10.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.39010 of 2014, relegating the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, the petitioner has filed this appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation to respondents 1 and 2 and that he will be satisfied if the representation is considered in a manner known to law.
3. In view of the same, the writ appeal is allowed. The impugned order dated 27.10.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.39010 of 2014 is set aside. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the appellant dated 24.01.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
