In view of sick note of Mr.J.R.Nanavati, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant and considering the fact that the present second appeal is of the year 1981 and still pending for final hearing, as a last chance, S.O. to 22/06/2012. On that day irrespective of sick note, leave note and/or non-availability of any of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties, the matter shall be proceeded further ex-parte. If for any reason, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant is not in position to remain present on that day, he shall make an alternative arrangement.
