Shri Nisarg Nanavati, learned advocate appearing for the Law Office & Associates for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present Second Appeal. Permission is accordingly granted. The present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Considering the earlier order passed by this Court dated 28/03/2012, Registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- deposited by the appellant by an account payee cheque in the name of the respondent-Jignashaben Hiteshkumar Panjabi on due verification.
