JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Rule.
Learned AGP Ms.Reeta Chandarana waives service.
In view of the averments made in the application and learned AGP having no objection, the application is allowed with the direction that the applicant shall remove office objections in Letters Patent (Stamp) No.266 of 2009 on or before 20.4.2012 and thereafter, the appeal shall be listed for admission hearing. If the applicant fails to remove office objections as aforesaid, the Letters Patent Appeal shall remain dismissed without requiring any further order.
