Hiten Mafatlal Panchal & vs State Of Gujarat &

High Court Of Gujarat|26 November, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Shukla, learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that at the instruction of the applicant he has resigned from the matter as an advocate for applicant and has also given "no objection" for appearance of another advocate.
However, any alternative arrangement does not appear to have been made by the applicant.
Furthermore, it also appears that learned advocate for the applicant has not given intimation by RPAD about the date of hearing or about his decision to retire as an advocate of applicant to the applicant.
Therefore, so as to enable the learned advocate for the Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/14968/2012 ORDER applicant to complete requisite formalities and to also give to the petitioner necessary and appropriate intimation, as per Rules, about the decision to retire and about the next date of hearing, time is granted.
S.O. to 20.12.2012.
