On the matter being taken up today, Shri Yatindra, Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party has placed on record the instruction/decision dated 28.3.2019 sent by the Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj, wherein it has been indicated that the claim set up by the applicant for inter-district transfer is not accorded in this session and the said claim would be considered in the next academic session. The instruction is taken on record.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
