JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of O.P. No.1 and 2. Issue notice to O.P. No.3 returnable at an early date. Four weeks time is allowed to file counter affidavit and one week's time is allowed to file rejoinder affidavit.
List on 4.8.2010.
Parties shall appear in person on the next date of listing to find out whether the controversy can be relegated to Mediation Centre at Lucknow. Subject to deposit of Rs.10,000.00 in this Court, the petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.283/10 under Section 498A/323 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow, till next date of listing.
