1. With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and to explore the possibility of settlement, being a matrimonial matter, the matter is referred to the Mediation Center, Gujarat High Court. Stand over to 29/10/2012.

2. In the meantime, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1-wife to give her Bank Account No. with the name of the Bank so that the amount of maintenance can be directly credited in her account and neither the husband nor the wife have to go to the Court for deposit/withdrawal of the maintenance.
