W.P.C.No.8109 OF 2014 Dated this the 22nd day of May, 2014 J U D G M E NT Petitioner claims grace marks for having obtained 'A' Grade in Padyam Chollal-Arabic (General) – H.S.S. in the Kerala State School Kalolsavam 2013-2014. It was held at Palakkad. Though the petitioner had made such a claim, no materials are produced to indicate that she has obtained 'A' Grade entitling her for grace marks in terms of Clause 11 of the Kerala School Kalolsavam Manual. In the absence of any such materials, I do not think that this Court will be justified in issuing the direction as sought for. However, having regard to the fact that there is a claim made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities shall verify whether the petitioner had obtained any such 'A' Grade and if so, necessary grace mark shall be awarded. In any case, the second respondent shall intimate the petitioner regarding the Grade or class she had obtained for the aforesaid item within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of.
