Petitioners are directed to implead proposed defendants no. 6 to 10 viz., Chandubhai Jadavbhai Korat; Shivlalbhai Shyamjibhai Pondiya; Sanjaybhai Babulal; Govindbhai Dhanjibhai Tejani; and Govindbhai Premjibhai Tejani by making necessary amendment in the cause-title of the memo of petition. On their so doing within four weeks, let notice be issued to the newly impleaded respondents nos. 6 to 10 making it returnable on 20th June 2012.
