1. RULE.
Mr. Hiren M. Modi, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, Mr. Ronak B. Raval, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 6 and Mr. Zubin F. Bharda, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.7 and 8.
2. Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. By way of this application, the applicants seek permission to be joined as party respondents/ petitioners in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6257 of 2011.
4. Considering the averments made in Para 4 of the application, the applicants are permitted to be joined as party respondents to the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6257 of 2011.
5. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
