1.0 By way of filing this application, the applicants - original claimants have prayed for clarification of order dated 03.02.2012 passed in Civil Application for stay.

2.0 Having gone through the contents of the application and having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court clarifies that the Tribunal shall pay 30% of the undisputed amount of Rs.3,87,000 to the claimants along with interest accrued thereon and costs.

3.0 With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
