Mr. Mahesh Chandra, learned counsel for the opposite parties, on the basis of instructions, states that entire bills with respect to payment of the petitioner have been prepared and necessary order has also been issued for payment.

He prays for and is granted a fortnight time to file counter affidavit, after serving its duplicate on the counsel for the petitioner, who if he so desires, may file rejoinder affidavit within one week thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
