Learned Counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the order of the Writ Court has been complied. Applicant has been given pay scale of Research Assistant and thereafter granted Rs.9300 - 34800 Grade Pay.
The grievance of the applicant is that he not been granted time scale.
In my opinion, there is no such direction by the Writ Court nor was the issue of time scale before the Writ Court.
In these circumstances, the petition is consigned to record. Notice if any stands discharged.
The order has been passed after hearing Sri Uday Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the opposite party.
