Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned APP.
Upon perusal of the material on record and investigation papers, and in the back-drop of allegation levelled against the applicant, I deem it just and proper to observe at this stage that the applicant being a lady and pursuing correspondence course as a student, I am inclined to permit the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation pursuant to the impugned FIRs keeping in mind that the applicant may not be subjected to any undue harassment and, qua the applicant only, no final report at the end of the investigation be filed by the Investigating Agency without informing this Court.
With the aforesaid observation, these applications are disposed of. Notice is discharged.
