Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants in case crime No.36 of 2006, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 218, 120-B/34 I.P.C., Police Station Maniyar, District- Ballia.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants which is addressed in respect of an FIR stated to have been registered on 08 May 2006. It is relevant to note here that no disclosure has been made here with respect to the status of the investigation or even with respect to the apprehension of arrest.
The application fails and is consequently rejected.
