Learned advocate Mr. Pandya states that earlier learned advocate Mr. Raval was appearing for the appellant. But now, he has filed his VP and therefore, name of learned advocate Mr. Raval be deleted from the cause list.

In view of above statement, Registry is directed to delete name of learned advocate Mr. Raval from the cause list.
