The present appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 10.8.2010 passed in Special Atrocity Case No. 35/2008, whereby, the appellant is convicted for the offence under section 376 and 302 of IPC and under sec. 3(2)(5) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocity) Act.
