JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the petitions are taken out for hearing, learned advocate for the petitioners is not present. It is noticed that learned advocate for the petitioners consistently has not been attending the hearing of the petitions which are listed from time to time. Therefore in view of consistent absence of learned advocate for the petitioners in different matters, ordinarily this Court would have dismissed the matter, however, considering the interest of the petitioners, such order is not passed and hearing of the matter is adjourned.
