1. The petitioner, corpus and respondent No.2 are present before us. We have heard learned advocates, Ms.Amrita Ajmera, learned APP, Mr. Kodekar, Mr.Ruturaj Oza and Mr. Tushar Chaudhary for parties.
2. The corpus is aged about 20 years. She has come in company of respondent No.2. She stated that they are staying together though not legally wedded, as husband and wife and she has recently delivered twin babies. She states that she is happy with respondent No.2 and wants to stay with him. She also expressed a specific desire not to go and stay with the father i.e. the petitioner.
3. In set of above-mentioned facts, this petition cannot be entertained and is rejected. Rule is discharged.
