(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L.SONI) The applicants seek condonation of delay of 197 days in filing the first appeal. Mr. Mehta has appeared for respondent No.3-insurance company. It is stated that insurance company has not filed any appeal against the award passed by the Claims Tribunal. Considering the contents of the application, we are satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient ground for condonation of delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 197 days occured in filing first appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
