Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge [Junior Division] Sharki, Allahabad to decide the injunction Application no 6-C under order 39 Rule 1 of the C.P.C. filed in Civil Suit No.277 of 2020, [Heera Lal Vs. Mathura Prasad] expeditiously.
No cause arises for framing of peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of a petition which has been preferred only in 2020. This more so since the petitioner has failed to establish that the roster of the concerned Court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
