2. Grievance of petitioner is that respondents no.2 and 3 are attempting to demolish construction raised by petitioner on the land in dispute.

3. Remedy lies to petitioner to seek permanent injunction in common law by filing a suit.

4. In view thereof, petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
