JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the imposition of fine of Rs. 5,000/- by the Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samity, Ghaziabad. While assailing the impugned order, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Mandi Samiti has got no right to impose the fine.
The petitioner has already submitted representation to the opposite party No.1, which is still pending. Accordingly, we direct the opposite party No.1- Mandi Nideshak, Mandi Parishad Mukhyalaya, Lucknow to look into the matter and decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the present order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Liberty is given to the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the opposite party No.1 along with present order.
Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
