The respective parties have tendered their written submissions. The written submissions are place on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in S.C.A. No.171 of 2011 and other cognate matters contended that, so far as the written submissions are placed on record on behalf of Indian Wind Energy Association along with citations and authorities, they either may not be taken into consideration or some time be granted to the opponents to respond to those citations and authorities.
Accordingly, when the written submissions are exchanged between the parties, it would be in fitness of things that the matter be posted for order on 22.02.2012.
