We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and also perused the facts and circumstances as stated in the petition.
Since the show cause notice was sent by email and was not served on the petitioner, we condone the delay in filing the reply.
In case, the petitioner files a reply to the show cause notice in respect of the cancellation of his registration within next ten days from today, his reply will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
