The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1341 of 2014 within three months.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the defendants has entered appearance on 12.11.2018; she has also filed an application seeking recall of the order to proceed ex-parte against her. The said application is still pending.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing shorts dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
