Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Jay Ram Pandey appears for third respondent i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur.
The petitioners, who are working as Head Master in different institutions are before this Court for a direction to second and third respondent to pay the pay-band of Rs.9300-34,800/- Grade Pay-4800/- to the petitioners as permissible for the post of Head Master. It is contended that for the said purpose they have also made representation dated 3.4.2018 to the District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
