It is submitted that one Shabbirbhai Vallibhai Kureshi who has filed the petition for quashing under Section 482 of the Code being Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.6204 of 2012 in which on 1.5.2012, this Court considering relevant facts issued Rule and granted ad-interim relief staying further investigation.

In view of the above, it is submitted that the case of the applicant would also be governed by the same set of facts and consideration.

Accordingly, notice is issued returnable on 10.7.2012. Meanwhile, further investigation qua the impugned FIR shall remained stayed qua the applicant only. Direct service is permitted.
