2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties, the present application is taken up for final hearing today.
3. The present application has been preferred by the applicants herein for bringing heirs of original petitioner No.1 - Harmanbhai Somabhai Gohel on record of Special Civil Application No.11119/2009.
4. Having heard learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the averments in the application, the present application is allowed and applicant Nos.1/1 to 1/4 are permitted to be brought on record as petitioner Nos.1/1 to 1/4 in main petition as heirs and legal representatives of original petitioner No.1 - Harmanbhai Somabhai Gohel. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No costs.
Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main petition accordingly.
