A short counter affidavit has been filed by the Investigating Officer annexing therewith a copy of the charge-sheet submitted after investigation.
In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy in appropriate jurisdiction.
