Heard Shri Shyam Kishore Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Sanding Counsel for the State- respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have applied for scrutiny of their answer-sheets in the subject of Mathematics in the Intermediate Examination held in the year 2019.
The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the applications for scrutiny of the answer-sheets of the petitioners in the aforesaid subject may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Therefore, the present writ petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Board of High School and Intermediate, Prayagraj) to decide the scrutiny applications submitted by the petitioners in the subject of Mathematics in the Intermediate Examination, 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a fresh application for scrutiny. In case there is any defect in the scrutiny applications, the respondent no. 2 shall give an adequate opportunity to the petitioners to cure the defects.
