Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0038 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., police station Mahila Thana, District Saharanpur.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is the husband bearing in mind the nature of allegations which are made as also the fact that earlier also the dispute between the husband and wife had travelled to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
The application fails and is consequently rejected.
