JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has received SMS on his Mobile Phone from the Mobile No.8140003658 on 08.05.2012, that petition is required to be withdrawn.
Learned AGP Ms. Asmita Patel places on record the affidavit made by Shri Himanshu Jayeshbhai Thakor, which is along with his photograph pasted on it indicating that he is desirous of withdrawing this petition. Copy of this be furnished to Shri Hakim, learned advocate for the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents have stated that possession of the ground is handed over and now there appears to be no objection on any count for the fair which is to commence from 10.05.2012.
In view of this, petition is not required to be entertained and it is required to be permitted to be withdrawn. However, liberty to all to approach this Court by way of application and/or fresh petition in case of future difficulty. Now, there exists no prohibitory order. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. No costs.
