The petitioner and respondent are the husband and wife. The petitioner husband is alleging that the respondent wife is torturing him and his daughter and is not allowing them to live a peaceful life.
The petitioner through this writ petition wants that respondent may not harass him and his daughter.
The dispute as raised by the petitioner in the writ petition is a private one for which purpose writ is not maintainable.
It is accordingly dismissed.
