This anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Himanshu Kumar Shakya, seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No. 221 of 2020, under Sections 376, 292, 420, 506 I.P.C. and 66-E Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station- Barnahal, District Mainpuri.
After arguments at length, learned counsel for the applicant states that the present anticipatory bail application be dismissed as withdrawn.
