In the similar facts and circumstances, Writ Petition No.13428 of 2018 (Vishnu Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) has already been disposed of by this Court with the following directions on 16.7.2018:-
"Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to conclude the recruitment exercise proposed to be undertaken now as per the amended rules, at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order."
The controversy being identical, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms.
