The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No. 474 of 2003 within a specified period.
From the order-sheet of the suit, which has been brought on record, it does not appear that the suit is as yet ripe for final disposal.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that in absence of any legal impediment the court concerned shall bring the proceedings to its logical conclusion by keeping in mind that the suit is already over a decade old.
