It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 10.12.2013 in W.P.(C).No.29395 of 2013 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of order G.O (Rt).No.5515/2014/G.Edn. dated 10.12.2014 which would reveal that Ext.P7 revision petition which was directed to be disposed of as per judgment dated 10.12.2013 has been disposed of. In such circumstances, recording the factum of issuance of order dated 10.12.2014, this contempt case is closed. Respondent shall serve a copy of order dated 10.12.2014 on the petitioner, forthwith.
