(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA) In the present case, it appears that a direction has been given on the Registry of this Court and on the subordinate judiciary as contained in paras 5 and 8 of the order dated 7.5.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.2848 of 2008 and analogous cases, the private respondents are not necessary party for the purpose of this appeal. It is informed that the appellant does not want to challenge the order on merits so far as the private individuals are concerned. The respondent - writ petitioners on whom the notice having been served, no further notice need to be issued on the others.
Post the matter for final disposal on 6th May 2011 on top of the list.
