High vs Petitioner

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr.B.R.Acharya, appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition at this stage with a view to making appropriate representation before the High Court for redressal of her supposed grievances. Permission being granted, the petition is disposed as withdrawn with permission to make appropriate representation which may be considered in accordance with applicable Rules, if any.
