While questioning correctness of the notice issued to a Senior Advocate of this Court to recall the honour of Senior Advocateship confined to him, a challenge is also given to Rule 7 of Chapter XXIV of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. An appeal of similar nature has also been filed by the Senior Advocate to whom such notice was given and the same has already been disposed of today only.
In light of this factual background, this petition for writ is also disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to get validity of rule under examined by the Court in some other appropriate case.
