Though the learned counsel for the petitioner challenged the order of closure dated 30.04.2015, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh application complying with the conditions, on which the school was already ordered to be closed.
2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file fresh application. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
