ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 06.09.2018 by which the application preferred by the petitioner under Order XXVI Rules 9 and 10 read with Section 151 of CPC has been rejected.
3. The aforesaid order is interlocutory in nature and in view of the bar contained under proviso to Section 115 of CPC, this petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
