Heard Mr. I.M. Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioner.
2. The question is with regard to the appointment on the post of Veterinary Officer Class-II. The petitioner was called for selection under the orders of this Court in earlier round of litigation being Special Civil Application No.6665 of 2010. The petitioner got selected and upon the statement being made in this regard on behalf of GPSC, no further order was required and the petition came to be disposed of by this Court on 22nd December, 2010.
3. It appears that since the earlier petition was withdrawn that too under these circumstances, itself is taken to be a ground against the petitioner not to give appointment.
4. Ms. Bhaya, learned advocate for respondent - GPSC, requests for time. At her request, list the matter on 24th December, 2012.
