THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13828 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 25.04.2014, we do not think that nothing could be decided in this writ petition. However, question of jurisdiction is kept open and the same has to be decided by the learned executing Court. If any one is aggrieved by the aforesaid order, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Interim measure taken by this Court will continue till the disposal of the execution petition, as has been agreed to by the learned counsel for the respondents. This order should not be treated as precedent in future cases.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
