1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized Nikah out of their own sweet will on 17.12.2019 and the family members are harassing them.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Manikpur, District Pratapgarh, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
