Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the statement and undertaking given by Shri Gordhanbhai Ashabhai Patel on oath pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2005 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.13230 of 2005, at this stage, a case is made out to grant interim relief.

Rule.

Interim relief in terms of paragraphs 7(B) and 10(B) respectively in each application, qua the applicants.
